Abstract(J) | 研磨は材料物質の観察や表面分析に必要不可欠な工程である。しかし、従来の方法では手間と時間がかかり、熟練の技も必要であった。研磨フィルム用の研磨板を用いた研磨法を開発したことで、簡単に速く平滑に試料表面を研磨することができるようになった。この研磨板を用いた研磨法は、地球科学や材料科学をはじめ、物質を扱う様々な研究分野や産業に役に立つことが期待される。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Polishing is an essential process for observing the texture of materials and for the surface analyses. However, conventional polishings are difficult, time-consuming, and require well-trained skills. I developed a polishing method using the grooved polishing plate for lapping films and made it possible for anyone to polish material surfaces easily, quickly and smoothly. My polishing method is expected to be useful in various research fields and industries dealing with materials, including Earth and material sciences. |
