Abstract(J) | 電気自動車の電池保護を目的として、サイドシル内に配置することを想定した鉄製の波板型エネルギー吸収(EA)部材について検討した結果を紹介する。この部材のEA効率は、形状因子によって変化する圧壊時の変形挙動と材料強度の両影響を受ける。特に、圧壊時の面外変形量が小さい場合に材料の強度特性が発現しやすい。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | A body frame of a battery electric vehicle(BEV)and the structure around the battery case require high collision safety performance and the protection of the battery. In this study, for BEV battery protection, we focused on a steel energy absorption(EA)member with a wave structure mounted inside the sidesill. The study clearly shows that the EA efficiency of the member was affected by both of the buckling behavior which varied with the shape and thickness of the member, and the material strength. In particular, the EA efficiency is increased significantly with the increase of a material strength when the amount of the out-of-plane deformation decreased. |
