Abstract(E) | Two layers thin film structure consisting of metal oxide and Ag was developed. High visible light transparency was over 88% and excellent heat retention at about room temperature and solar heat shielding were both achuieved over 50%. In addition, film surface showed high nanoindentation hardness over 6 GPa and environmental resistance for automobile application was evaluated. |
