| Abstract(E) | Two layers thin film structure consisting of metal oxide and Ag was developed. High visible light transparency was over 88％ and excellent heat retention at about room temperature and solar heat shielding were both achuieved over 50%. In addition, film surface showed high nanoindentation hardness over 6 GPa and environmental resistance for automobile application was evaluated. |
