Abstract(J)絶縁放熱基板は,電気自動車に活用されるパワー半導体から発生した熱を効率的に逃がすうえで欠かさない.近年の絶縁放熱基板のニーズの高まりを受け,基板の長寿命化が可能となる窒化ケイ素に注目が集まっており,特性向上を目指して企業間で開発が行われている.本研究では,絶縁放熱基板に関わる特性の向上に向けた技術開発を効率的に行うために,微構造画像を力情報に用いた窒化ケイ素セラミックス特性予測AIモデルの開発を行った.

Abstract(E)Insulated heat dissipation substrates are essential for managing the heat of power semiconductors in electric vehicles. Silicon nitride ceramics (Si3N4) have emerged as promising materials due to their high reliability and potential for extending substrate lifespan. In response to increasing performance demands, industry efforts have focused on enhancing their properties through advanced material design. This review highlights the development of an AI model that predicts the properties of Si3N4 using microstructural image data for accelerating substrate innovation.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
