Abstract(J)材料化学分野のマルチモーダルAIを繊維強化樹脂成形加工へ応用した事例を紹介する。マルチモーダルAIによる材料混合設計の最適化と、バイオマス由来樹脂を含む成形品の物性予測モデル構築の事例を説明する。本技術は多様な計測データの統合により製造条件設計の効率化と原理解明を可能にし、成形加工のDXを推進する。

Abstract(E)This report presents examples of applying multimodal AI in the field of materials chemistry to fiber-reinforced plastic molding. It describes case studies on optimizing material blending design and building property prediction models for molded products containing biomass-derived resins. By integrating diverse measurement data, this technology streamlines process condition design, enhances understanding of molding mechanisms, and promotes digital transformation (DX) in injection molding.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
