| Abstract(E) | In order to make a metallic mold at a low price and in short time, it is important to process it in high accuracy by machining. However, in order to realize highly precise machining, there are some obstacles that must be overcome. As one of the obstacles, the tool deflection by the cutting force generated during machining is raised. So, we tackled the creation of the prediction formula of tool deflection in the case of machining the parting line of a metallic mold. And we reflected the value obtained by the prediction formula to the tool trace, and realized tried highly precise machining. |
