Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In order to realize commercialization of fuel cell for automobile and home CHP system application, many efforts to satisfy durability target of 5,000 hours for automobile and 40,000 hours for home CHP are required including modification of major materials such as proton conductive membrane, electrode catalyst and the others. In addition, performance degradation of MEA caused by some kind of operating and weathering conditions is another issues to understand and minimize. As degradation caused by starvation of hydrogen is one of major subjects in operating conditions to be solved, characteristics of degradation and behavior of both anode and cathode potential in starved operation are clarified in this study. |
