| Abstract(J) | 多気筒ディーゼル機関を用いた低NOx予混合燃焼(PCI燃焼)方式において、EGRクーラの冷却性能を向上させた場合の燃焼特性を調べた。EGRクーラの熱交換量を向上させることでPCI燃焼の排ガス特性は改善されPCI運転可能な負荷領域は拡大された。更にEGRクーラ効率を向上させた場合の問題点を抽出した。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In previous study, application of pre-mixed compression ignition (PCI) combustion for multi cylinder DI diesel engine had been reported. In this study, PCI combustion properties were investigated under the condition of enhanced heat exchange capability of EGR cooler on multi cylinder DI diesel engine. Test results showed that the exhaust emissions and performance of PCI combustion were improved by increasing heat exchange on EGR cooler and PCI combustion region was expanded to higher load. Moreover some issues were found out under using higher heat exchange EGR cooler. |
