Abstract(J) | MBD(1D CFD)用に新しい熱伝達モデルを構築した。最初に3D CFDを実施し、熱伝達が燃焼による既燃ガスの膨張速度により支配されていることを明らかにし、燃焼速度に基づいてモデル化した。構築したモデルによる熱損失は3D CFDと良く一致し、燃費の予測誤差を約1/3に低減することができた。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | A new convective heat transfer model is was developed for the 1D CFD on gasoline engine MBD. At first, 3D CFD with modified wall function and non iso-thermal heat transfer model was verified and applied for the analysis of the in-cylinder combustion and heat transfer phenomena, and for the modeling of heat transfer. It was observed that the heat transfer is mainly affected by the burned gas velocity derived from the fluid expansion of combustion. Therefore, the new model is based the burning velocity. Heat transfer rates of the new model were well agreed with those of 3D CFD and the error of fuel consumption prediction was reduced to almost 1/3. |
