Abstract(J)可変圧縮比エンジン用マルチリンク機構特有の構成部品であるコントロールシャフトは、その配置が機構の力学的特性に影響を及ぼす。今回、その影響に加え、リンク機構の連成挙動に着目し、クランク軸の動的挙動がリンク入力荷重を増幅させるメカニズム、及びメカニズムを踏まえた機構設計への応用について述べている。

Abstract(E)The multi-link systemis articulated link mechanismusing conventional plane bearings to achieve variable compression ratio. The arrangement of control shaft which is unique parts of multi-link system affects the dynamic characteristics. The load of links was affected not only by the arrangement of link system but also by the coupled dynamic behavior. It was confirmed that torque fluctuationcausesrotational acceleration including torsional vibrationandthe input loadof C-Link was also increased by the coupled dynamic behavior.Consequently,it was found that the arrangement of control shaftshould be set adequatelyto achieve small and lightweight.

How to use the search box
