| Abstract(J) | ハイブリッドトランスアクスルの冷却開発ツールとして、温度予測可能な冷却モデルを構築する。冷却モデル定数の内、モータ油冷部熱抵抗は実験で取得する必要があるが、計測系自体の寄生熱抵抗が影響するため計測困難だった。今回、上記課題への対策と、取得した熱抵抗を用いモータ温度を高精度に予測できたことを報告する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | We developed a model for designing cooling systems of Hybrid Vehicle Transaxle. Of the model coefficients, we must obtain thermal resistance experimentally, but it is difficult to measure because parasitic thermal resistance in measurement setup influences the result. Here, we report how we solved the problems and could calculate motor temperature precisely with the model. It will help to facilitate and optimize the designing of future cooling systems. |
