Abstract(J) | マスチックが塗装工程で硬化収縮する際,外板パネルを引込み歪が発生する.その歪の評価・予測手法は少なく,発生機構は十分解明されていない,パネル歪の定量評価治具を開発し,歪におよぼすパネル板厚,マスチック塗布量,パネルと補強部品間の距離の影響を調査した.さらにCAE予測モデルも開発し,実験結果を再現した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Evaluation and prediction methods of the outer panel sink mark by mastic adhesive hardening are few, and the generation mechanism is not sufficiently clarified. A tool for quantitative evaluation of the sink mark was developed, and the effects of panel thickness, amount of mastic adhesive, and distance between panel and reinforcing parts on the sink mark were investigated. In addition, a CAE prediction model was also developed to reproduce the experimental results. |
