Abstract(J) | 電動車のリチウムイオンバッテリには冷却効率を高めるため,伝熱経路に高熱伝導シートのような固形TIM材が使用される.前記は,貼付け工程で生じるボイドの影響を考慮した熱抵抗保証が必要だが困難にある.今回,ボイドの熱抵抗への影響確認及びボイドの測定方法を定め熱抵抗保証方法を確立した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Thermal Interface Material (TIM) would be used to have efficient heat transfer in cooling system for Battery module of Electric Vehicle. Thermal Pad used to be applied in many electric devices with small size, so sticking process with few air is easy. Bigger size of thermal pad would be applied for Battery cooling system of Electric Vehicle, so air void is one of considering point for ensuring thermal resistance. This reports the measurement way with production size and massproduction process sample on the thermal resistance of thermal pad for Battery module of Electric Vehicle. |
