Abstract(J) | 自動車部品の軽量化に関連して各種の樹脂溶着法が注目されている.振動溶着は被着体を接触振動させて生じる摩擦発熱により溶融する方法である.一方,赤外線溶着は被着体を赤外線により非接触で加熱して溶融する方法である.本発表ではこれらの溶着工法を用いたPPS樹脂の接合界面の構造や物性の相違について報告する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In relation to weight reduction in automobile, it is attracting attention of various welding methods for resin in infrared welding. The adherends are heated by non-contact infrared rays, and the welding interface are melted and jointed. In infrared vibration welding, the adhereneds are melted by irradiating with infrared rays and jointed by the frictional heat generated by the contact vibration of them. This paper reports the differences in the mechanical properties and structure of the welding interface area of PPS resin made by these methods. |
