Abstract(J)プレス成形による残留変形やひずみの高精度予測は衝突エネルギー吸収量の高精度予測に欠かせない.しかし,全てのケースに対して数値シミュレーションを行うことは計算負荷が大きい.本研究では,その数値シミュレーションに対して機械学習による代替方法を提案する.学習モデルや特徴量について検討し,数値解析例を通して提案手法の妥当性を検討する.

Abstract(E)Accurate prediction of residual deformation and strain induced by press forming is essential for precise estimation of crash energy absorption. However, conducting numerical simulations for each case is computationally intensive. To address this challenge, this study proposes a machine learning-based approach to estimate the residual strain distribution. We carefully investigate the selection of training data and input features to improve prediction accuracy. The proposed method is validated through numerical experiments, demonstrating its effectiveness.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
