| Abstract(J) | 近年めっき工程では,めっき処理とその前後工程における水・薬液の大量使用,それに伴う廃液処理が及ぼす高い環境負荷を低減することが求められている.本課題に対して,超音波で発生させた微細ミストを利用した新たな洗浄技術を開発し,水洗や脱脂,酸洗浄などの洗浄プロセスへの適応検証を行った結果を報告する. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In recent years,the plating process has required a reduction in its high environmental impact caused by the massive use of water and cleaning agents in the process and subsequent effluent treatment.In response to this issue,we have developed a new cleaning system using fine mist generated by ultrasonic vibration.We report on the experimental results of the mist cleaning processes for rinsing,degreasing and acid cleaning.The mist cleaning for rinsing enhanced physical cleaning performance while reducing liquid usage to approximately 1/200 of that required for immersion cleaning. |
