| Abstract(J) | 超音波モータは,特徴の一つとして静粛性が有り車のヘッドレスト用アクチュエータとしても使用されている.しかし数ミクロンの超音波振動を摩擦を介して回転力に取り出している為,効率が電磁モータに比べ低い.今回ステータとロータの摩擦接触部に着目し,効率を向上させる櫛歯形状についての試作と試験結果を報告する. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The improvement of silence is a key factor in the development of car. Ultrasonic motor has been applied for seat actuator because of its silent ability. Moreover it has been used for some manufactures in practical level, because it has many special merits. However, its efficiency(output/input) is lower in general, and it is necessary to improve this point. Stator shape was considered as an important factor to improve its efficiency. For that reason the original stator which has slant slits was made. It has contributed in the improvement of efficiency. |
