| Abstract(J) | エンジン吸気口は、ある一定条件下での冠水路走行ができるよう設計されるが、従来その確認は実走試験が主流であった。その評価を机上で行う為に、冠水路走行挙動の適切なモデル化とVOF法により、設計変更が吸気口への水入り量やエンジンルーム内水位へ与える影響を、開発上必要な計算時間で確認できる技術を構築した。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Engine intake-duct is designed so that vehicle can run through flooded road under some condition. Previously, that vehicle water resistance had been confirmed mainly by real running test. In order to evaluate it on-desk, simulation technique has been established by using VOF method and appropriate modeling of vehicle behavior running through flooded road. This technique can predict the effect of change of design to amount of water into intake-duct and water level in the engine room. |
