| Abstract(J) | 鉄鋼材料の切断工法には多くの種類があり,自動車部品では溶断やシヤ加工によるものが多い.これらの切断面を有する構造物の疲労試験では,同部が最弱部になるケースがあり,工法の違いを考慮した設計が必要となる. 本報ではHT980,HT780,HT540 材を対象に切断工法の違いが引張疲労強度へ与える影響について述べる. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Several methods: thermal cutting, shearing, and etc. are applied in cutting steel plate for automobile products. Structure of cutting edge is often critical for fatigue strength. So, consideration of cutting methods are important in design process. In this paper, effects of cutting method on fatigue strength are mentioned by results of fatigue test with HT980, HT780, and HT540.
