Abstract(J)	名古屋大学ナショナルコンポジットセンター(NCC)で国家プロジェクトとして実施している熱可塑性CFRP(LFT-D)を自動車構造に適用する技術開発について紹介する。技術の根幹は、連続炭素繊維をスクリューでカットして熱可塑樹脂(ここではPA6を使用)と混練し、融点以上に温度管理して押し出した混練物を高速プレス成形することである。この手法の現状、今後の展開等について解説する。 Translation
Abstract(E)	Technology development for application of thermoplastic CFRP (LFT-D) to automotive structures performed as a national level project in National Composite Center Japan in Nagoya University is introduced. The baseline technology is LFT-D which is composed of mixing of discontinuous carbon fiber cut by screws and melted thermoplastic resin (PA6) and of rapid pressing under temperature control. Current status and future expansion of this method is explained.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
