| Abstract(J) | クランクシャフト直下に取り付けたはすば歯車を用いた２次バランサーのギアノイズの解析に、解像度の高い角速度信号は有用であるが、エンジン内部のためロータリーエンコーダーを取り付けることは難しく磁気ピックアップを使用することが一般的である。磁気ピックアップで得られる角速度は１歯毎となるため噛み合い時のギア挙動の解析には有用でない。今回は振動・騒音の周期的変動からギア歯の固有値を予測し、ギアラトルを励起させる次数を求め適切なギア歯数を求めることができた。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The angular speed signal with the high resolution is useful for an analysis of gear noise of a secondary balancer using the helical gear installed in crankshaft falling plumb down, but it's difficult to install a rotary encoder inside the engine, therefore to use a magnetic pickup is general. However the angular speed that is calculated on every 1 tooth by a magnetic pickup isn't useful for an analysis of gear behavior between gears. It was possible to predict the resonance frequency of the gear tooth from a periodic fluctuation of vibration and noise and the orders of gear angular speed that makes gear rattle noise excited, and to find the appropriate gear teeth number. |
