| Abstract(J) | 非線形解析での歯打ち発生時の衝突力予測モデルと、線形解析での放射音の高周波域までを予測するモデルを組み合わせることで、歯打ち音を設計する手法を構築した。上記により歯打ち衝突力から放射音までを扱う歯打ち音レベルの設計が可能となり、本車両開発に適用した。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | We constructed the design methodology of rattle noise by using Non-linear simulation model for impact force on the contact face of gears and Linear simulation model for radiation noise with considering high frequency transfer function. This methodology enables to design the level of rattle noise and has been applied to this new vehicle development. |
