Abstract(J) | 車両が曝される腐食環境(塩水ストレス)を粒子法に基づく水掛かりシミュレーションにより予測する技術を開発し、次期車両の防錆仕様検討に適用した。また、この計算科学を用いた解析技術により既存の防錆業務プロセスを短縮化し,防錆品質向上に繋げた。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | We have developed a technology to predict the corrosive environment (salt water stress) to which a vehicle is exposed by a water splash simulation based on the particle method, and applied it to the study of anti-corrosion specifications for the next vehicle. In addition, the analysis technology using this computational science shortened the existing anti-corrosion business process and led to the improvement of anti-corrosion quality. |
