Abstract(J) | 遠心送風機の翼間剥離再付着流れに着目し,2種の静止翼列を用いてその翼間内部に発生する渦流の強さと挙動をPIVを用いて実測した。前縁剥離翼に比べ、翼面剥離翼では壁面の影響で渦スケールが規制されるため2kHz以下の低周波音が発生しにくくなる。しかし剥離域がRe依存性を持つため流速に合わせた翼形状設計が必要となる。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | From the viewpoint of separation and readhesion flow between blades of a centrifugal blower, strength and behavior of vortex flow generated in the interblade inside were measured using PIV using two kinds of stationary blades. Compared with the leading edge separation blade, the blade surface separation blade is less likely to generate low frequency sound of 2 kHz or less because the vortex scale is regulated by the influence of the wall surface. However, the separation region has the Re dependence, and the blade shape design adjusted to the flow velocity is required. |
