Abstract(J) | 樹脂部品の割れや破断を予測するための解析技術において,樹脂部品の成形条件(成形機の設定や成形解析シミュレーションの出力値など)を考慮するモデル化技術の開発について報告する.製品の成形条件を考慮したうえで,材料特性との関係を定量的に明らかにし,材料モデル,および,衝突解析モデルへの反映方法を検討した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | This paper describes the development of modeling method to consider manufacturing conditions (injection machine settings, output parameters in injection simulation and so on) for polymer parts with analysis method for predicting a crack. The material properties of polymer are influenced by its injection conditions as is well known. Relationships between material properties and manufacturing conditions were quantitatively determined based on the conditions of mass production. The method for applying the effects by manufacturing conditions to material models and crash simulation model was proposed. |
