Translation |
Abstract(E) | For contribution of CO2 emission reduction, the development of future powertrain such as hybrid system and electric propulsion system is expected also in truck and bus segment. A grasp of the actual energy consumption in the realistic world will be more important for judging which power train is suitable in the future. The route index came from the geographical features, which had good correlations with energy consumption was proposed in the first report. This report discusses an expansion of the route index by considering energy conservation law for dealing with urban driving pattern including speed change and start/stop behavior. |
