| Abstract(J) | クランクジャーナル試験機を用いて、すべり軸受と試験軸の焼付き特性を調査した。焼付き判定トルク上昇値に至る負荷荷重より前に、低荷重で複数回の小さなトルク上昇を観察した。それらのトルク上昇時にAEセンサにて検出した波形は、全て同じ周波数帯を示した。この小さなトルク上昇が焼付きに至る要因と考えられる。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The seizure phenomenon between the journal and plane bearing was investigated by using crank journal tester. The small torque spikes at multiple times were observed at lower loads before that to be measured as exceeding the seizure torque. It was found that these shapes of increasing torque curves were consisted of two stages, and the AE signal at that time was observed in almost the same frequency band. It was estimated that this small torque rising was a trigger to generate the seizure. |
