| Abstract(J) | クランクジャーナル試験機を用い、アルミニウム合金すべり軸受とDLCコートジャーナル間の摩擦特性を調査した。DLCは鋼ジャーナルに対し、流体潤滑域で約14%の摩擦低減が測定された。単体ブロックオンリング試験機でも同様の効果が認められたことから、実際のクランクジャーナルにおいてもDLCによる摩擦低減効果が得られることが明らかとなった。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The friction properties between the plain aluminum alloy bearing and the DLC coated journal were investigated using the crank journal tester. The DLC journal reduced friction by approximately 14% under the flied lubrication range compared with the steel journal. Since the same effect was observed by the block-on-ring friction test, it is clarified that the effect of reducing friction by DLC for the actual crank journal can be obtained. |
