| Abstract(J) | 耐摩耗剤であるZnDTPが配合された潤滑油にすすの代用であるカーボンブラックを混合すると、鉄鋼材料が著しく摩耗する現象が報告されている。本講演ではこの異常摩耗がある種の腐食摩耗を主要因とした複合的な摩耗であることを明らかにし、更に表面処理を用いた摩耗抑制策について報告する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | When carbon black, which is a substitute for soot, is mixed with lubricating oil blended with ZnDTP, which is an abrasion-resistant agent, the phenomenon of remarkable wear of steel materials has been reported.This lecture clarified that this abnormal wear was a complex wear caused mainly by some kind of corrosive wear, and reported the abrasion control measures using the surface treatment. |
