Abstract(J) | インバータ冷却水の継手にはゴム製リップを使った円筒面シールが使われている。このシール部材の組付け状態がシール面圧に及ぼす影響を明確にするため,面圧測定法を開発した。面圧は軸表面に設けた水流出孔の水圧と面圧のバランスから求めた。本法により面圧分布を測定するとともに,最大シール圧力との関係を明確にした。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Rubber lip seals are widely adopted at coupling of inverter coolant channels in electrified vehicles. Assembling conditions of the lip seals affect their sealing performances. In order to clarify relationships between assembling and sealing conditions, a contact pressure measurement method of the lip seals was newly developed. Contact pressure of the lip seals was obtained from the balance with water pressure from a small hole formed at the cylindrical surface. Pressure distributions on the contact surfaces of the lip seals were evaluated under different assembling conditions. Effects of the assembling conditions on maximum sealing pressure were also clarified. |
