Abstract(J) | 自動車の腐食対策を高精度,高効率に実現する技術は,品質革新に必須で,加えて商品価値向上に大きく寄与する.従来の錆評価は長期を要するうえに,様々な状態の錆を目視で評価するため,人によるバラツキが大きかった.今回,電気化学的な手法により塗装部の耐食性を迅速,且つ高精度に計測する技術と装置を実用化した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Technology that realizes high-precision and high-efficiency measures against automobile corrosion is essential for quality innovation. In addition, it greatly contributes to the improvement of commercial value. The conventional rust evaluation requires a long period of time, and since rust in various states is visually evaluated, the result depends on the skill of the person and the variation is large. This time, we have put into practical use a technology and equipment for measuring the corrosion resistance of painted parts with high accuracy in a short time by an electrochemical method. |
