Abstract(J) | 電動ブレーキの応答性と引きずり低減を両立するため、走行中に随時変化するブレーキパッド接触位置を高精度に推定する技術を開発した。キャリパ剛性曲線の変化に着目した重回帰分析によるパッド接触位置推定モデルを構築し、キャリパ状態変化を模擬したシミュレーションおよび実機検証により同技術の有効性を確認した。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | In order to achieve both responsiveness and drag reduction of the electric brake, the high accuracy estimation technology of brake pad contact position which is changed during driving has been developed. The pad contact position estimation model was constructed by multiple regression analysis focusing on changes of the caliper stiffness curve, and the effectiveness of this technology was confirmed by simulation on various caliper state and experiment of the actual brake caliper system. |
