Abstract(J) | これまで寄与度の低かったエンジンを動力源とする補機類の改良による燃費改善の必要性が高まっており、今回燃費寄与度の高い冷却ファンの消費馬力特性を1Dモデルで再現させた。実走行時の冷却ファンの燃費への影響を予測するにはお客様の使用状態に於けるファンON-OFF特性を再現させる必要があり、冷却システムの熱収支、ファンON-OFF特性、消費馬力特性を再現させることで燃費への影響を予測可能とした。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Recently, as the need for improving the fuel efficiency of auxiliary devices installed in engines has increased, we have built a 1D model of the power consumption characteristics of the cooling fan, which greatly affects fuel efficiency.In order to predict the effect of the cooling fan on the fuel consumption during actual operation, it is necessary to model the ON-OFF characteristics of the fan according to the customer's usage conditions. By modeling the heat balance of the cooling system, the ON-OFF characteristics of the fan, and the power consumption characteristics, it is possible to predict the effect on fuel efficiency. |
