Abstract(J) | 高出力型PHEVやBEV車両に対しては,統合型E-Driveシステムの需要が高まっている.弊社ではプレミアムクラス車両用に,高速,小型かつ安価なE-Driveユニットの開発に着手し,既に報告している.今回は,モータ出力や高速回転性能,ユニット効率及びNVHに着目し,試作機での評価を実施したので,その結果を報告する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Demand of highly integrated E-drive system is increasing for long distance BEV and powerful PHEV. In previous conference, we have reported the newly developed high speed EDU, with high potential to achieve the requirements for efficiency, robustness, size, weight and cost, targeting for premium class passenger vehicles. The first prototypes of high speed EDU are built and test verifications are accomplished. The peak power of 240kW and the revolution speed of over 30,000 rpm are confirmed at E-motor bench test, while a good overall system efficiency and low NVH level has been achieved at EDU system test. |
