Abstract(J) | 超高強度鋼板では成形が難しい長手方向に湾曲しかつハット形状の断面を持つ部品のプレス工法についての基礎検討を有限要素シミュレーションにより行った.その結果,成形中の天板部位の材料移動を抑制することにより成形性を改善できることが明らかになった.さらに,必要な成形条件について調査を行った. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Fundamental studies on the press method to form parts having longitudinally curved and hat-shaped cross sections, which are difficult to form with ultra-high strength steel sheets were performed using finite element simulations. As a result, it was found that the formability could be improved by suppressing the material movement at the top surface area during forming. Furthermore, the necessary forming conditions were investigated. |
