Abstract(J) | アルミ鋳造部品の製造において,High Pressure Die Casting の溶湯充填過程で発生するガスは,成形品の湯ジワや巣穴などの主原因となっている.われわれは,ベンチュリ機構の負圧冷却装置,入れ子への適正なガス抜き溝の設置と制御機能を組合せ,これらの現象が集中するキャビティ閉塞部のガスを,廉価に抜く技術を構築したので紹介する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In the manufacture of aluminum casting parts, the gas generated during the molten metal filling process of high pressure die casting is a major cause of flow line and porosity in molded parts.We have developed a less expensive technology to remove the gas from the cavity blockage where these phenomena are concentrated, by combining a venturi mechanism negative pressure cooling device, appropriate gas release grooves in the mold insert parts and a control function. |
