Abstract(J) | トランスミッションの品質課題の一つにギヤ精度に起因するゴーストノイズがある.今回,ギヤホーニング盤による加工時に突発的に発生する異常振動が歯面に転写されてゴーストノイズにつながることを突き止めた.そこから設備振動をモニタリングすることで異常振動を検出し,不良品の流出防止を図る技術を確立した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Ghost noise originating from gear accuracy is one issue concerning automotive transmission quality. In this study it was found that abnormal gear honing machine vibration, which can suddenly occur during machining, is transferred to the gear tooth surface, leading to the occurrence of ghost noise. A method was established for monitoring and detecting abnormal machine vibration so as to prevent the release of defective gears. |
