Abstract(J) | 薄壁ステンレス鋼のコーンとパイプの溶接継手を用いて,曲げ負荷における疲労強度-寿命を調べた.試験データをMedian rank法 のBenard近似,Gaussian,2P-Weibull,3P-Weibull分布で統計的に処理し,50%や5%破壊確率の強度曲線を得て比較した.金属組織を調査するとともに,応力集中状況を解析し,強度とそのばらつきの影響要因を明確にした. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Using thin-walled cone-pipe welded joints of stainless steels, fatigue tests under bending loads were carried out to investigate the fatigue strength and life. The test data were statistically analyzed with the Benard’s approximation of the median rank method, Gaussian, 2P-Weibull, and 3P-Weibull distributions. Stress–life curves at different failure probabilities were obtained for comparison. The metallographic structures were investigated, and the stress concentration states were analyzed to elucidate the causes of the strengths and scatters. In the high-cycle fatigue regime, the 2P-Weibull distribution was mostly in agreement with the Benard’s approximation, and the coefficient of determination was 0.9666. |
