| Abstract(J) | マルチリンク機構を有する新型VC-Tエンジンでは，高い入力条件からクランクシャフトの高強度化が必要となる．達成手段として，バナジウム(V)，マンガン(Mn)等の化学成分を調整し硬さを上昇させるとともに，トレードオフとなる切削削加工性を両立するために快削成分としてビスマス(Bi)を添加した新たな非調質鋼の開発を実施した． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | A new variable compression turbo (VC-Turbo) engine, which has a multi-link system, requires high strength crankshaft because of high input loads requirement. As a means to achieve this requirement, chemical composition of steel such as vanadium (V) and manganese (Mn) are adjusted to increase the hardness, and bismuth (Bi) is also added to improve trade-off machinability for high hardness. Finally, We achieved development of newly steel for crankshaft with high strength and excellent machinability. |
