Abstract(J) | 本研究では,ラティス構造と呼ばれる軽量な周期セル構造について有限要素法に基づく数値シミュレーション解析を行い,ユニットセルの形状や寸法が固有振動数に及ぼす影響について検討を行った.特に,連続体における固有振動数の理論解ならびにインパルスハンマによる振動実験結果との比較を行い,予測精度を検討した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In this study, the natural vibration response of lightweight sandwich beam with lattice core has been investigated numerically by using the finite element method and analytically based on the Rayleigh-Ritz method. The lattice core discussed in this study were manufactured by our in-house metal 3D printer. In particular, the effects of micro-architecture of the lattice core on the vibration behavior were discussed. The obtained results were compared with experimental results conducted by using the impulse force hummer, and the prediction accuracy of the vibration frequency was discussed. |
