Abstract(J) | CAEを用いたオイル挙動の解析と検証実験による知見を組み合わせ,高精度なオイル消費予測手法の開発に取り組んでいる. 本稿ではオイル消費に高い寄与を示す3ピースオイルリング周辺のオイル挙動について述べる. 解析では実機相当条件にて油膜挙動が測定結果と定性的に一致し,オイル挙動予測手法としての有効性を確認した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Development of a highly accurate prediction method for LOC is being carried out through CAE and experimental verification. Since 3 piece oil control ring significantly effects on LOC, in this paper, lubricating oil behavior around the 3 piece oil control ring was estimated. The calculation results of lubricating oil behavior were showed qualitative agreement with the experimental data at engine operating conditions. Thus efficacy of oil behavior prediction method was confirmed. |
