Abstract(J) | 新排気規制(EURO7, CHINA7, 国内PN)対応のため,ガソリン車にGPFが搭載されるが,ガソリンエンジン油中の金属灰分による目詰まりと性能悪化の恐れがある.そこで今回,エンジン油中金属灰分を従来の1.1 wt.%から0.8 wt.%まで低減し新排気規制に対応しつつ,背反性能である省燃費性を従来比で+0.2%向上し,かつAPI SP/ILSAC GF-6を満足するエンジン油を開発した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | A GPF is installed in a passenger vehicle for new exhaust regulation such as EURO7, CHINA7, and domestic PN. However, an ash in engine oil has a risk of clogging and performance decrease of GPF. Thus, new gasoline engine oil whose ash contents decrease from 1.1 wt.% to 0.8 wt.% is developed in order to avoid the GPF from such clogging. In addition to this, our developed oil improves fuel efficiency of gasoline engine (+0.2% from current our fuel eco type oil) and meets API SP/ILSAC GF-6 official standard. |
