Abstract(J) | 電子回路において,電子素子の故障などにより異常電流が発生する事がある.異常電流は通電経路上の銅箔を加熱し,その熱により基材が炭化を起こす.本研究では,基材加熱時に発生するガスを検知し電流を停止するシステムを考案し,アウトガス同定,ガスセンサ及び試薬選定,駆動回路試作を行った結果を報告する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Sometimes happen abnormal current by electrical component failure. The abnormal current makes PCB track heating and PCB base material carbonization. Therefore we suggest new solution for safety design from abnormal heating. It is using gas sensor and the sensor detects outgas from PCB base material heating. If system detects outgas, System can stop abnormal current by using upstream circuit breaker. We identified outgas from PCB abnormal heating and selected reagent, gas sensor, and design circuit with circuit failure detection in this research. Finally, we made prototype of the gas sensor module and validated detection ability. |
