Abstract(J) | 電動車のリチウムイオンバッテリには冷却効率を高めるため,伝熱経路に高熱伝導シートのような固形TIM材が使用される. 前記は,貼付け工程で生じるボイドの影響を考慮した熱抵抗保証が必要だが困難にある.今回,ボイドの熱抵抗への影響確認及びボイドの測定方法を定め熱抵抗保証方法を確立した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Thermal pad has been used to transfer thermal energy in Battery Module. It is hard to guarantee the thermal resistance due to the air between thermal pad and plate that comes from attachment process. We have established the method to predict the thermal resistance of thermal pad considered attachment process by using the T3Ster and Ultrasonic flaw detection. |
