Abstract(J) | 電動車のバッテリーパックにはバッテリーで生じた熱を冷却器へ伝熱する熱伝導材料(Gap filler)が使用されるが,前記は面圧をかけずに使用するため被着面との間に生じる界面熱抵抗の把握が必要となる.今回,T/Pレベルで,装置制約が少なく,耐久特性予測も可能な熱抵抗評価方法を確立した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Thermal Interface Material (Gap filler) is used to transfer the heat of the battery to the cooler in the EV Battery Pack. Since it is used without applying surface pressure, it is need to understand the interfacial thermal resistance between the adherend surfaces. In this study, we established a thermal resistance evaluation method that can predict durability characteristics at the test specimen level with few device restrictions. |
