Abstract(J) | 自動車修理業者から廃棄されるバンパーを用いたリサイクルPP材として,廃棄バンパーの塗装を含むものと,単軸押出機によるリペレット過程でスクリーンメッシュにより塗膜片を除去したものを評価対象とした.3点曲げ試験や衝撃試験を実施し,材料内に混在する塗膜片が強度や破壊挙動に及ぼす影響について詳しく評価した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | As recycled polypropylene (PP) materials using car bumpers wasted at automobile repair companies, two types of test pieces were evaluated: one containing the painting of waste bumpers, and the other with the paint chips removed by screen mesh during the repelletizing process using a single-screw extruder. Three-point bending tests and Izod impact tests were carried out to evaluate the effect of the paint chips mixed in the recycled PP plates on their strength and fracture behavior. |
