Abstract(J) | ステータの円環0次振動低減を目的に,ワニスを考慮した解析モデルを構築した.ワニスの剛性をコイルの直交異方性で,含浸率をコイルとステータコアの結合面積でモデル化した結果,含浸率の変更による振動レベルの差分を誤差0.2dBで予測可能にした.また,含浸率が40~60%の時に最大6dBの振動低減を確認した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Analysis model of stator which is considered the influence of varnish is developed to reduce the vibration of stator. The rigidity of varnish is modeled as anisotropy of coil and the varnish impregnation ratio is modeled as connection area between coil and stator core. As a result, the difference in vibration level due to the change in varnish impregnation ratio can be predicted with an error of 0.2dB. The vibration of stator can be reduced up to 6dB when the varnish impregnation ratio is 40% to 60%. |
