Abstract(J)自動車用薄鋼板の高強度化が進んでいる中、超高強度薄鋼板の遅れ破壊特性が懸念される。高強度化には加工性等の観点から様々な鋼板組織を有する薄鋼板が実用化されているが、その遅れ破壊特性と鋼板組織の関係は必ずしも明らかでない。本研究では、フェライト＋マルテンサイトのDP（Dual Phase）鋼板から残留オーステナイトを含有する複合組織鋼板の遅れ破壊特性を定荷重試験によって評価し、各鋼板組織の遅れ破壊挙動に及ぼす影響を議論する。

Translation

Abstract(E)The tensile strength of steel sheets for automotive structural parts has risen to 1180 MPa or more. However, high strengthening of steel sheets leads to increasing susceptibility of delayed fracture. The ultra-high strength steel sheets having various microstructure are used for formability, but the relationship between the delayed fracture property and microstructure is not always clear. In this study, we evaluated the delayed fracture property of DP steel sheet (ferrite and martensite) and complex-phase steel sheets containing retained austenite, and discuss the effects on the delayed fracture behavior of each microstructure.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
