| Abstract(J) | フレーム用塗料は防錆性の大幅な向上と共に、トラック固有のニーズとして、耐候性が求められている。そこで電着塗料のアクリル樹脂(高耐侯)とエポキシ樹脂(高防錆)配合を最適化し、2層分離させた。更に、塗膜粘性を制御しエッジ部を厚膜化させることで、性能を飛躍的に向上させた高機能防錆塗料を開発した。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In addition to a significant improvement in rust prevention, weather resistance is required for frame paints as a truck-specific need. In order to meet this need, the acrylic resin (for high weather resistance) and epoxy resin (for high corrosion resistance) in the electrodeposition paint were optimized and separated into two layers. Furthermore, we developed a high performance anti-corrosion coating with dramatically improved performance by controlling the coating viscosity and making the edge thicker. |
