Abstract(J) | 遮音性向上と軽量化の両立が求められる中、音の侵入口となる車体隙間を削減し吸遮音材を用いず遮音性を向上する考え方がある。一方、換気性能など背反要件で一定量の開口が必要である。車両気密性に対する個別の漏れ経路の予測手法を開発、遮音性に寄与の高い隙間を特定し、遮音性と他性能の両立と吸遮音材の削減を図った。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Improving both of quietness and lightness are required for vehicles. By filling body openings, sound intrusions into cabins are prevented and interior noise can be suppressed. However air ventilation and other functions needs a certain amount of the openings. A method to predict total area of the body openings and body leakage paths is developed. The paths having large contributions to sound insulation are identified to realize the compatibility of reducing sound insulation materials, cabin quietness and other functions. |
